What is cics response code (resp1) for resource not available?

If you consult the 'CICS application programmer reference' manual available via the manuals link on this board, each EXEC CICS statement is described along with the possible resp code names.
If you want a more specific reply you should provide some more details (what sort of resource? what EXEC CICS command are you executing etc.)
