If found this to be a bit odd:
There is an "IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Tivoli Workload Scheduler V8.2" available, but it explicitly states that it is for "supporting an IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler V8.2 solution in a non-z/OS environment.".
nevilh, would you care to provide a link or some more information. |

Sorry all I have is a piece of paper with a list of courses, I assumed TWS 8.2 certification would include z/OS |

I'm not so sure that OPC did (100%) transform into "Tivoli"...
Why for instance when you search IBM Bookmanager, do we find a July 2004 zOS manual for OPC. It mentions Tivoli twice (that I could see), and the rest of the time it is just endlessly chattering about "OPC" schedules and how to set them up etc, etc.
And if you search for "Tivoli" you can find heaps of manuals prior 2004, wherein I could find no mention of OPC. |
