What is the exact difference between the fields
'Procedure Name' and 'Specific <specific name>' in the CREATE PROCEDURE statement in DB2 ?

Also is there any site where I can get a detailed explanation of the fields in SYSIBM.SYSROUTINES table and SYSIBM.SYSPARMS table ?
