Hi
can any body plz let me know how many ways can we delete the GDG and what are the differences between them
though i went through some material i still have some clarifications so i would like to know from u experts

sejjobs,
You can delete the GDG's with IDCAMS, IKJEFT01, IEFBR14 and ADRDSSU utilities. Some of the allow wild cards and others don't. peformance wise all the above mentioned utilities perform the same.

Hi,
Can u explain why some of the utilities as mentioned by kolusu can not delete GDGs and why others can delete GDGs ? What is exactly happening when we are trying to delete GDG ,which the said utilities can't do ?

All the utilities I mentione above CAN delete the GDG's. What other utilities are you refering?
