Is there any way to trace out arrow keys in rexx.

If you are talking about rexx on the mainframe, no. Arrow keys are for movement on the screen, and your terminal or PC emulation does not pass them to the host. In the mainframe world terminals or displays are asynchrone - that means that the system has no idea what is going on on your screen until you press an appropiate key like Enter or a Function key.
