what exactly is the use of IKJEFT01 utility & where & when we should use it.
it will be more helpful if any one can tell me where i can get a manual on it.

actually as u may appreciate that there are times when u need instant info & in those times u succumb to posting rather than searching

This makes no sense - searching typically takes minutes or seconds; getting a reply to a topic will nearly always take longer (more than 1 hour in this case). |

Actually YOU may appreciate that the suppliers of this info get SICK AND TIRED OF ANSWERING QUESTIONS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN ANSWERED by the hundreds of other 'new to mainframes' people out there.
I also get steamed when people who should know better answer those questions as this only encourages the practice.
