I would like to make a suggestion.

The heading at the top of the page says:

MVSFORUMS.com
A Community of and for MVS Programmers

This might be mis-leading to the large group of us MVS professionals who are NOT programmers.

Might I suggest a better title might be:

A Community of and for MVS Professionals
