Hello

I need to know how to calculate DASD from tracks to megabytes.

Steve,

A typical 3390 dasd device will have 56,664 bytes per track.1 megabyte is equal to 1,048,576 bytes or 2 to the power of 20.

Gig=Gigabytes, Meg=Megabytes, m=milliseconds
