We have increased the no. of users to 500,

The following changes have been made,

1. In sys1.parmlib(IEASYS00) - Maxuser=600

2. In TCPIP.TCPIPPARM-{tcp00001..tcp00500}

3. In Sys1.Parmlib(tsokey)-usermax=500

4. in cpac.vtamlst
[tcp00001 to tcp00500] in member(a0tcp)

[a6ts001 to a6ts900] in member(a0600)

5.can any one tell me how to increase the csa size

I am surprised you ask, because it is in the IEASYSnn which you have already changed. Maybe you just use CSA defaults. Here is what the CSA looks like at our site:
CSA=(4M,78M), CSA RANGE, ECSA VORHER 68M
But be careful, changing the CSA affects your entire system and you will have less storage for your jobs, which can be critical or result in having to change all your job region sizes.

I'd increase maxusers in parmlib to a value more than what you have. That value has to include system tasks, jobs, etc not just TSO users. The extra 100 may be enough but better to put it higher than that.
