We are exploring an oppty on DB2 to Oracle migration

Is it possible to access DB2 using IMS DC?
If yes, are there a different set of calls from IMS-DC to make this
happen?

You can access DB2 from IMS DC.check this link which explains in detail about accessing DB2 from IMS
