Could someone refer me to a good book on Dump Analysis. Or even sites on the net which offer good documentation regarding the same.

If you are planning to buy a book then , I would recommend Application Debugging: An MVS Abend Handbook for Cobol, Assembly, Pli, and Fortran Programmers (Prentice-Hall Software Series)

If your shop has compuware's Abend-aid then you can access the manuals from their website with your clinet id.

Hi SEKHAR,

Here are 2 that I have. I got them at www.half.com. The first is out of stock but you can put it on your "wish list" and they will notify you when it comes in.

They are somewhat dated, as you can see by the dates, but the price is at LEAST half of the orig price.

Also do a find on "cobol debugging". It might show a few more.
