moez,

Just a google of the abend AZI6 leads to "Your CICS Transaction Server for z/OS (CICS TS) region receives an abend ???? in the Application Owning Region (AOR) and an abend AZI6 in the File Owning Region (FOR).

I suggest you check if there is any file contention and ways to resolve it.
