My extra emulaotr screen is hanging up, unfortunately typing/keying in the protected fields due to that screen is hanging and I am not able to do anything after that until I disconnect the link.

Can you please some me to resolve this issue?

CICS/IMS screens? Either way you need to handle error conditions when you receive the map.

Looks like issue is in extra emulator. Same issue i am facing in ISPF screen also.

find the "Reset" key. On real hardware it was where the left ctrl is today. Some emulators still have it there. Some emulators add the feature that the keyboard automatically resets when the cursor moves. Some do either option.
