can someone please tell how to implement scroll logic

Just maybe, if you gave us an idea of exactly what it is that you are trying to achieve, then we may be able to help you.

I can only assume that this is ISPF based as you have posted in this forum.

So details please, and lots and lots of them.

Usually, just ensuring that the scroll commands are in one of the command tables available to your application is enough to scroll if your app is using ISPF.
