Hi all,

I am looking for a utility that could achieve the following:

Give NT 4 users the abilityt to map a drive in the Windows 4 NT environment which is connected to an MVS mainframe system on OS390. The goal is to allow users to make use of the vast storage availble on the mainframe without having to re-train and use emulation software.

So, to all intents and purposes, the users will have a mapped drive which can perform more or less like any other pure Windows drive.

Any help/info etc .. very much appreciated.

Kinny.

You can set up SMB (DFS) on MVS that does what you want. Here's a link to the library.
