through cobol pgm i want to know how to access spool files
eg if i use display statements it will go to spool file , instead of going to spool file i9 want to redirect to some ps.
How can i achieve?

Allocate a PS file to sysout or sysprint depending on the pgm and you can have all the display stmts printed in there.

Code:

//SYSOUT  DD DSN=YOUR SPOOL DISPLAY FILE
//           DISP=(NEW,CATLG,DELETE),
//           UNIT=SYSDA,
//           SPACE=(CYL,(1,1),RLSE),
//           DCB=(LRECL=133,RECFM=FBA,BLKSIZE=0)
