Hi,
This sounds too funny but it's the fact. I have been asked by USCIS the question - Why atleast a bachelor's degree is required to write/ modify JCLs at your job position? Firstly I found it so foolish question where we can not really relate a degree and writing JCL skills. But I got no option. I need to respond them 
Can you please let me know your thoughts on this?
