http://support.ca.com/ is a start for Jobtrac. Pick Jobtrac as a product and then you will find a line Available Online Documentation, but you have to be a registered CA User to get to see the documentation.

I need CA Jobtrac agent to schedule and run jobs in mainframe platform ie os390. the link which you sent previously is for non mainframe platform . ie that one is for windows and unix.
