One: SyncSort for z/OS has a DB2 Query function that enables a SyncSort job to retrieve data from a DB2 database based upon a user-provided query. An SQL SELECT statement is used to specify the criteria of the request. SyncSort's DB2 Query Support is documented in Chapter 11 of the SyncSort for z/OS 1.3 Programmer's Guide.
SyncSort's DB2 Query must be installed at your site in order for you to be able to use it.
Please contact me directly at zos_tech@syncsort.com if you require further assistance in this area. _________________ Brian Wood
