U0001 abend trying to compile using COBOL OS/VS (COBOL I)

Some one here needs to re-compile a module using the COBOL I compiler, SYS1.VSCOLIB(IKFCBL00). The compiler is issuing an user SVC 13 abend without issuing any proper error messages, i.e.

USER COMPLETION CODE=0001
TIME=16.13.31 SEQ=31069 CPU=0000 ASID=0353
PSW AT TIME OF ERROR 078D1000 000090CA ILC 2 INTC 0D
ACTIVE LOAD MODULE ADDRESS=00007D68 OFFSET=00001362
NAME=IKFCBL00
DATA AT PSW 000090C4 - 00181610 0A0D0000 9100BBB8

Anyone have any idea what a U0001 abend used to mean in the COBOL I compiler?
