Methodology? How about stay out of my way and let me get it done in my way and in my own way? If I work and coordinate with someone else to get the job done, fine, but as far as I care the only consensus needs to be which people are doing what to get the final job done...

Glenn,
I don't think 'STAY OUT OF MY WAY' is workable in a big company where there maybe thousands of programmers, half of them are fresher and without any programming experience.
And what do you mean by 'GET IT DONE MY WAY'? Do you imply to add 'AND SACK ME IF I FAIL'! In that case I would prefer to follow my boss blindly. |
