Hi folks,
In some installations I've found a 3.4 line command called "WHO", which let us see who has allocated a data set and with what disposition (similar to console command "D GRS,RES=(*,dsn)"). But I haven't been able to find where this CLIST is . Can anyone help me? |

Alberto,
The commands WHOAMI , WHOIS , WHO are shop specific rexx/clists. one way to find it is Type DDLIST at the command prompt and press enter. This will bring all your list allocations and now type SAVE and it will save as a clist member.
Now take a look at the datasets associated to SYSPROC, SYSEXEC dd names. The clist must be in one of the datasets.
Hope this helps...
Cheers

Kolusu,
Thanks for your fast answer, but this is not what I'm looking for. I think I didn't explain properly. The problem I'm having now is that neither of the CLISTs you refer aren't in the installation I'm worknig now (at least not allocated in SYSPROC-SYSEXEC), so I can't use them. What I'm searching is the CLIST itself to install in a library in SYSPROC, so I will be able to use it.
Hope this time I've explained better. |

No need for the programs. That function is built in to ISPF:
DDLIST E dsname
DDLIST;E
or
TSO ISRDDN;E
(depending on how old the software is at your site). |

Just type WHOHAS & REXX in Google and you'll find some samples.
