hi guys. i'm new to these boards. i'm a programmer in the philippines. i have been using cobol for 4 years now and have experience in CICS, IMS, DB2, JCL and a host of other stuff related to mvs.

i have a question and i can't seem to find an adequate response. if i declared a lvl 88 variable like below...

Welcome to mvsforums. Please be more descriptive with your topic title.a title such as "hi I am new! question.." would mean nothing. A more approriate title would be "question about 88 level variable".

Now coming to your question, WS-I-DO, WS-YOU-DO, and WS-SHE-DOES will all be set to TRUE.
