 Input File - RECFM=FB, LRECL=80
 
 
 I would like to write the two values from the above file to output side by side using SPLICE only like shown below:
 
 
 
 How to achieve it?

 The pdf is on DFSORT FTP site. Looks like your shop has blocked the FTP access.  Try downloading it from home.
