Problem is ABEND=S04C and need a solution.

Can anyone pls throw some light on this?

SO4C can mean several things...but generally, it's a memory problem where you have gone out of the bounds of working storage. if you program has internal tables, make sure you are not exceeding the number of occurances. If you are calling another module, make sure your linkage area matches the called program's linkage area.

There is usually a reason code associated with S0C4 messages.

What is your real abend code? Is it S0C4, or S04C? Makes a difference. And why did you post this in the Database forum? Is there something that makes you think it's a DB issue?

Yes, SO4C is a different abend alltogether...my dislexia struck again...sorry about that.
