hw to Unload the db2 tables into flat files ,and load data to db2 table from files

Read the manuals - you already know the keywords to look for. You need the DB2 utilities manual for your shop (if you have a 3rd party add-on). Also look at jobs that already do this (they may have UNL or LOD as part of their job names).
