My boss asked me if our stuff will work - I know about the enterprise COBOL versus VS COBOL issue.

Is there anything else?

Can you point me to a "list" that defines differences and possible issues?

Take a look at the DB2 Vsn8 migration guide, published by IBM for this very purpose.

sorry, try this DB2 UDB for z/OS Version 8 information

or DB2 UDB for z/OS Version 8 installation guide
