Hi,

Now a days many people with H1B visa are going to US on their own (not thru any company) and getting a job over there.

What are the procs and cons in this way of going.

Any pointers in this regard are appreciated.
Please provide pointers to some good consultancies that arranges a telephonic interview and places in a company in US.

Not only for US. If any of you have any information about good consultancies that can arrange tele interview for other countries like - UK, Europe, Aus, Swiss, NZ - it would be very useful.

Get a visa from your company and travel to oniste.
