Can some one suggest a good reference book/material where I can get details abt DFHEIENT, DFHEISTG, DFHEIEND etc.

Kautilya,

DFHEISTG, DFHEIEND, and DFHEIENT are prolog macros which define local program storage and execute at program entry. These macros are inserted by CICS Translator. Check this link which explains in detail about these macros
