It says "Neither DB2 nor the IA Table are available, Terminating.". Any idea what error is this pointing to?. We were suspecting synchronization error but this does not look so.
Any prompt response should be very helpful. As we are running out of time
Can i ask u a couple of questions ?
1. r u authorized to promote ur package to Level23
2. did u stage the package before Promoting it to the particular level
3. r u doing the Selective Promotion or entire package
if all of the above questions are told YES by you then check for the authorization...
try this and if in any case any issue pls revert back to me
We had raised this issue to the support people. We tried promoting after an interval of time & it worked . I do not know the details of what the support persons did for this ticket.
