Kolusu,
Can you let me know what are the values in the control card needs to be change for a file having first 12 character low values in header and 12 characters hign values in trailer. |

Let me tell you something which might make you help you in future. Try to understand the job and all you need is to tweak it according to your needs. I have explained it clearly and you need to be able to change it according to your requirements.
You will NOT learn any thing just by copying the code. If you read the posts clearly and try to understand what it is doing then you will be able to code it yourself and tommorrow if you had an abend you would be able to fix it by yourself.

I confused between padding spaces and setting header and trailer limiters.
