|
|
Hi
I would like to know the steps to setup a new DDIO file for CICS XPED.
In Batch, from DDIO FILE FACILITY of XPEDITER/TSO - UTILITIES MENU
i would be creating the personal DDIO batch file and use them.
Will DDIO file creation for CICS can be done at programmer end?
How to see the list of current DDIO files used in CICS.
can anybody summarise them?
Thanks in advance,
Jaya. _________________ "Great spirits have always encountered violent opposition from mediocre minds."

Look at the documentation or talk to your Xped specialist. The things that you want to do are normally done by a Sysprog or are dependant upon your shop policies. |

Thanks for your reply.
Do you want me to contact my CICS ADMIN team for setting up the new DDIO file?
If i can create them, Please provide me with neccesary documentation.
I can find the list of DDIO files used in CICS at XPSP 9.L option.
Thanks and regards,

Looks like you might be able to do things yourself, but you still need to talk to others in your shop. The mainframe world consists of team work and rules that make it one of the stabilest platforms around, that is why you should check with your team before making changes without knowing the shop policies.
The documentation must be in your shop, it is copyrighted and illegal for me to provide you with it. |
