Just allocate the files and call the program you want to execute.

You would be the better person to test it.
Off the top of my head, I can say, if prefixed with % sign, search sequence will bypass loadlibs and LPAs and go for SYSEXEC or SYSPROC directly.

Check Search Order in the manual.
