Hi All,
I am a Mainframe Programmer and I want to learn REXX and make some tool in it.Can someone tell me as what should be done in this regard.

Preety,
I would suggest that you first go thru these manuals. These can be accessed via the quick manual link at the top of this page. These manuals are listed under the rexx tab.
1. z/OS V1R4.0 TSO/E REXX Reference
2. z/OS V1R4.0 TSO/E Programming Guide
3. z/OS V1R4.0 TSO/E Command Reference
Once you have grasped the concepts , then developing an utitlity is walk in the park.
