1) Is there any way to know all the datasets (ps,pds and Vsam) created by a userid?
2) Is it possible to know the CPU time utilized by all the jobs submitted through a Userid for a given day or current date? Is this info stored in any place?

I need info for 1) for cleaning up the DASD

Thanks
Vijay

For #2 I would suggest using SMF data. Depending on your system customization, there will be SMF records for each JOB and TSO session for a userid. The CPU time can be found there. The records are somewhat complicated to process and many times you can find SAS routines to handle them.

For #1, there is no method I'm aware of.

Bill

You'll need to check to see where SMF records are stored for your system. Ask the SYSPROGS or security/audit people in your shop.
