I issued a transaction and application went in to a infinite loop
could any body plz hel me how to come out of that loop or cancel that transaction

Typically you may have to use your 'monitor' product (e.g. TMON/CICS, MAINVIEW/CICS, OMEGAMON/CICS) to kill a looping transaction. You may not have the necessary access however and may have to involve your ops or CICS sysprogs. Details vary depending on the product.
Sometimes you can use
CEMT SET TASK(...) PURGE/FORCEPURGE
if you have CEMT access in native CICS and can get in on another terminal
However, I guess your CICS service has probably been reloaded or something by now - I hope it's not still looping. |
