Hi,

I am looking for the Application guide or Reference manual on CA-Culprit. I would also like to know if there are any tools that can be employed in the conversion of CA-CULPRIT to VS Cobol II.

Culprit is tool developed by Computer Associates. It is similar to Easytrieve.

Hmm. Here's a thought ...

This is a CA product. Why not contact CA for the manuals?

However the manual link in the above link seems dead. CA manuals are copyrighted, so if your shop is a licensed user , then you can access the manuals from
