finally the problem has been figured out.One of our guy at onsite was using a different package list ,that was causing the problem.

sqlcode - 904 also occurs when you try to load the table and the database/tablespace status is in RW COPY.A force start of database will solve the problem.

One way of getting the solution is,unload the table contents using a query to a flat file and use icetool and splice and use column one as key to get the format as you have mentioned.
