If I'm not wrong:
IF FIELD-A NOT = SPACES OR LOW-VALUES
is the same as
IF FIELD-A NOT = SPACES OR field-a not = LOW-VALUES
so if FIELD-A = SPACES then meets the IF ... |

Hi,
Kolusu, sorry to say that I have earlier mentioned that 'i can't submit a job'
you can invoke the cobol compiler in rexx in foreground mode, so, no need to submit a job. |

44+1+8+7+3 = 71
but you are sorting 8 ch starting at 65..wich ends in 72.
If I'm not wrong the seqnum starts at 64 not at 65. |
