In simple terms there is no TSO tool to get the info you are asking. The above link mentions the same and Clearly explains that you need to look into SMF records
SMF stands for System Management Facilities which is a standard feature of MVS that collects and records a variety of system and job-related information.
SMF records should have been created when the PDS was opened for output, and if you have a SMS query tool you may be able to get the info from them.
There is a link to SMF Manual in the above link. Read the manual and you will get a better idea about SMF.
