Moyeen,
You have to execute the FTP commands as follows. How you get to do that, is what I do not know.

Or you need some "complex" mechanism which involves something like MQ. The java program will be able to write into the queue and you have to set up a job in Mainframe side which will constantly look at the queue for any new message (or a job that will get triggered when a new message comes into the queue). But I have to say, it is going to be a little difficult to implement!
