thanks Kolusu,
I tried that link earlier but that particular downloading page cant be displayed. u know any other sites for downloading the IBM softcopy reader. ie., .boo files reader. i searched many combination in that search engine i cant get desired links.

It looks like Your shop has blocked the FTP access. You need to access the link outside your office.
